For quite sometime I have been contemplating on how others can directly taste the well know flavor of the famous BAHALINA of Leyte where even those who have been gone for so long to other countries or have been away for so many years, do not forget the unforgettable "bahal" which is a favorite during gatherings and other informal or even formal activities.
